What should I do if I didn't receive an order confirmation e-mail?

You should receive an order confirmation email after you place an order. If you didn't receive one, please: 

  •  Check your spam folder 
  • If there is no order confirmation e-mail in your spam folder, please send an email to miramichiriverco@gmail.com and we will resend the confirmation 

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, orders cannot be changed in our system.

What is your return policy?

Refunds and returns are available in limited circumstances.

 Refund requests must be received by Customer Service within 30 days of the item ship date. ​To begin the resolution process, please contact us via email at miramichiriverco@gmail.com. We will need your order number, the name of the product purchased, and a description of the customer service issue you are seeking to resolve.

How can I change my payment method for an order?

Unfortunately, payment methods cannot be changed in our system.  

How is shipping fee calculated?

Our shipping rates are standard rates calculated by Canada Post.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Every order is printed on demand right here in Canada to help us avoid waste and minimize our impact on the environment. ​ 

All new orders will ship approximately 3 –5 weeks after your order is placed.
