WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Refunds and returns are available in limited circumstances. Refund requests must be received by Customer Service within 30 days of the item ship date.

To begin the resolution process, please contact us via email at miramichiriverco@gmail.com. We will need your order number, the name of the product purchased, and a description of the customer service issue you are seeking to resolve.

HOW QUICKLY ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

As you know, an important part of our mission is to minimize our impact on the environment. With that in mind, every single order placed is printed on demand right here in Canada. That allows us to prevent waste due to overstocking.

With that said, all new orders will ship approximately 2 - 3 weeks after your order is placed.
